Welcome to the official website of Berkshire Hypnosis. At Berkshire Hypnosis, we provide personalized sessions tailored specifically to your needs. We learn as much as possible about each person’s challenges in addition to their key motivations and phrases so that every opportunity of success is made available to them.

Each session is recorded onto a CD, which can be used to reinforce the session and to enhance the long-term results.  The session typically lasts about 90 minutes with the last 35-40 minutes being the actual recorded session.

We have been fortunate to build a business mostly on referrals from those satisfied with the results. With over 15 years of experience, we have helped people with almost every imaginable challenge. The experience has proven invaluable, not to mention wonderfully interesting as each person sitting in that chair is a new world.

    • We do not charge by the hour, but by the session. Each session lasts roughly 90 minutes of which 30-35 is the actual hypnosis session. One session costs $90 and three sessions is $180 ($60/session) up front. Gambling addictions are a little more challenging, so I would recommend at least three sessions in order to get to the root of the problem.

    • Hello Robbin. First, the costs: One session costs $90, three sessions is $180 ($60/session) up front, and five or more sessions is $50/session. For the vast majority of people, one session is all it takes to stop smoking. Occasionally, lingering challenges or habits remain, which requires an additional session or two.

      We have found that weight loss is different in that the suggestions and the motivation tends to wear off over time until the person achieves their goal weight. So, best success is achieved by figuring roughly 3-5 pounds of weight loss per week and then determine how long it will take to reach that goal.

      If, for example, a person wants to lose 60 lbs, then that would take approximately 20 weeks. Typically, the first two sessions are 2 weeks in a row, then the remaining sessions are every other week or every 3 weeks if things are going well. This would be approximately 8 sessions total, or 8 x $50 = $400.

      Usually, people seeking to lose weight already know exactly what to eat and that some sort of activity is necessary. So, even though nutrition suggestions and guidelines are available, the sessions will usually focus on affirming what the person already knows or what their dietician has suggested.
