What’s it Like to be Hypnotized?

 

Many clients describe the experience as their body being “asleep” but their mind being more awake than usual. Some even report heightened senses.

This is a state of mind that can seem so natural that many clients doubt they’ve ever been hypnotized. During the week following the first session when new behaviors and attitudes become apparent, they then realize that they did indeed experience hypnosis.
